Qualifications

Education : Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience : Minimum three years of experience working in an academic or professional setting required. Experience working with adult students a plus. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Microsoft Access or other database experience necessary. Experience with Ellucian Banner system or related student information system a plus. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent service. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required, with specific attention to detail. Ability to interact collegially with people of varied backgrounds (students, faculty, staff, administrators, community members, and visitors).
