Compile data into policy, procedural, or technical documents. Collect revision requests and update existing documentation. Develop flow, ladder, and other diagrams using Visio. Establish formatting requirements for various documentation types. Create templates for documentation. Expertise in MS Word, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat; SharePoint experience is beneficial. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines. Ability to interpret technical subject matter and collaborate with subject matter experts.
