Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to deliver designs for master planning, commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and multi-family developments.
• Design & Planning : Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create civil site drawings including grading plans, stormwater systems, utility plans, and roadway layouts.
• Permitting & Compliance : Manage permitting processes and ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations.
• Client Coordination : Foster strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide professional staff and team members, promoting collaboration, productivity, and professional growth.
