Compensation and Benefits Details

  • Salary : $600K
  • RVU Conversion Factor : $73
  • Call is 1 : 4 (included in base salary)
  • Excess Call : $750 - per weeknight; 24 hours per weekend
  • Starting Bonus : $50K
  • Includes 25% of ECC
  • Relocation reimbursement

    • About the Group

  • Only designated level II trauma center in the area
  • Serves as a tertiary medical center (222 beds)
  • UCLA affiliated teaching hospital
  • Group trains over 200 medical students, residents and fellows annually
  • Graduate medical education programs in the specialties of Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Psychiatry and Pharmacy as well as Fellowship Programs in Child & Adolescent and Addiction Psychiatry and Infectious Disease
  • Accredited stroke center
  • Ten outpatient clinics for nearly 120,000 patients
  • Three hospital campuses across the area : 245 beds, 156 beds, and 25 beds
  • Network includes primary care clinics, rural health clinics, imaging centers, virtual inpatient care, Cancer Center and two mobile medical units.
