The Accounting Manager will oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting and cost accounting. This position plays a key role in supporting management decision-making by providing timely financial insights and maintaining strong internal controls. The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team while collaborating with other departments to support the company’s operational and strategic objectives.

What you will be doing :

• Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes; provide variance analysis and recommendations to management.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve cost accounting processes to support manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, tax filings, and external audit requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to build a high-performing team.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis and business insights.
