The Role You'll Play as a YCS Team Lead

As a Youth Community Services (YCS) Team Leader at Pawnee, you’ll take on a dual role : providing direct case management services to youth with severe emotional disturbances, while also leading and mentoring a team of case managers. In your clinical work, you’ll empower youth and families to connect with community resources, set meaningful treatment goals, and navigate challenges toward personal success.

As a team leader, you’ll also collaborate with your supervisor to support staff development, monitor service delivery, and foster team competency. From coordinating training to supporting your peers through crisis response, you’ll help shape the quality and consistency of care we provide to our communities.
