Manager Consolidations & Financial Reporting

Global Consolidation Manager

Oversee the monthly global close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. Manage a team of consolidation accounting professionals, drive improvements in consolidation processes and controls, and support system enhancements within Oracle FCCS ensuring GAAP compliance.

Manage the monthly close and reporting of global financial results in Oracle FCCS, involving intercompany transaction review and resolution, preparation and review of topside adjustments, detailed review of consolidated balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and adjusted EBITDA, and presentation and explanation of results to upper management.

Manage the implementation of control and process improvements for global consolidation and financial reporting, as well as IT enhancements for Oracle FCCS. Evaluate the impacts of new accounting and reporting rules.

Manage a team of 2 Consolidation accounting professionals.

Manage GAAP to management and non-GAAP reconciliations, including reporting to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Review deliverables in detail to ensure the highest quality standard in financial reporting.

Manage large-scale projects to implement process improvements for global close and financial reporting. Work cross functionally to manage change and enhance communications with stakeholders.

Support new business initiatives, system integrations, Oracle FCCS IT enhancements, M&A activity, and other major change management impacting financial statements and related systems.

Minimum Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree

At least 5 years of accounting experience.

Experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.

Experience applying advanced knowledge level of accounting practices and systems.

Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example : using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and / or creating a pivot table).

Preferred Job Requirements :

Master's degree in accounting is strongly preferred.

CPA strongly preferred.

Experience leading change management. Experience leading projects.

At least 2 years focused on financial reporting and consolidations.

At least 2 years' experience working with a Consolidations system (Hyperion, Oracle EPM).

The anticipated salary range for this position : $110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
