• Proficient in planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Competence in providing explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons.
• Demonstrated ability to use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Effective communication skills to manage conflict and contribute to a healthy workplace environment.
• Commitment to meeting core measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participation in continuing education and maintaining complete and accurate medical records.

Description :

Position includes call one weeknight and two weekend days per month.

Work involves 10-hour shifts across four days a week with rotating days off throughout the week.
