Your Impact :

Appvion is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and engineering operations at our Appleton, WI plant. You’ll drive equipment reliability, production efficiency, and workplace safety while managing capital projects, budgets, and a skilled trades team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance and engineering team.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and contractor relationships.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to align maintenance strategies with production goals.
