Why this role matters

  • Make mission-critical parts from carbon fiber, fiberglass, and other composites.
  • Own end-to-end machining steps—from fixturing and setup to inspection.
  • Help evolve processes on the shop floor as we scale and diversify projects.

What you’ll do

  • Set up and operate CNC mills (3- and 5-axis; vertical and horizontal) to machine composite parts and tooling.
  • Execute work using travelers, drawings, specs, and sketches; follow internal procedures.
  • Verify quality using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other gauges; document results as needed.
  • Continuously improve : rethink methods, refine fixtures, and adapt to unique part requirements.
  • What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience in production / manufacturing.
  • Blueprint literacy and the ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Solid shop math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals) and computer literacy.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking basic English; able to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
  • Calm under complexity—adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical or skilled trade certification preferred.
  • Schedule

    1st and 2nd shift available.
