job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGreat Benefits : IRA with Company Contributions : We invest in your future Paid Time Off : Enjoy work-life balance with vacation time Bonus Opportunities : Get rewarded for your hard work Competitive Pay : $23-$30 per hour, based on experience Top-Notch Work Environment : Clean, high-tech, climate-controlled shop Set up and program CNC machines (Lathes or Mills) using GibbsCAM software Read and interpret blueprints and part specifications Perform multiple short-run setups and produce tight tolerance parts daily Monitor and inspect your own work for accuracy and quality Adjust and troubleshoot machine operations to maintain peak performance Maintain and replace cutting tools to ensure machines run smoothly Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation Experience with precision measuring instruments Ability to work independently and problem-solve Strong understanding of machine speeds, feeds, and cutting tool adjustments Experience with GibbsCAM software (a plus!) Additional machine experience? Even better! Vocational education in a Machine Tool Program + 1 year experience, or 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience Send us your application or resume!
