Staff Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to lead technical initiatives in data science and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with Data Scientists and cross-functional teams to streamline data flow for analytics capabilities

Defines best practices for data product development and guides the implementation of operational processes

Employs advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance data reliability and quality

Required Qualifications

MS or PhD in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative field with 6+ years of experience

Experience with informatica tools, SAS Analytics, Python, R, SQL, and AWS preferred

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala

End-to-end experience with data handling, including querying and visualization

Proven leadership abilities and experience in biotech or pharma is a plus
