Key Responsibilities
Execute communication plans for support operations and coordinate with various teams for aligned service delivery
Manage incident triage processes and oversee customer ticket support operations to ensure timely resolution of platform issues
Implement AI tools and automation to enhance support efficiency and improve incident detection and resolution capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
8+ years of technical support experience, preferably in payroll, tax, or financial services environments
5+ years of application support experience, including job monitoring and incident triage
3+ years of management or team leadership experience with a focus on staff development
Strong understanding of database systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
