What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you'll be vital in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities include : Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely daily documentation. Medication Management : Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician. Order Management : Accurately transcribe physicians' orders to the Medication Administration Records (MARs) and notify the pharmacy of new orders. Team Collaboration : Fulfill all other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Qualifications You must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin .
