Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide compassionate care in a hospice setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional nursing care to hospice patients.

Complete documentation using HCHB and OASIS on the same day.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on patient care plans.

Float within the facility as needed.

Work every other weekend.

Qualifications :

Active RN License and BLS certification.

2+ years of inpatient hospice experience.

Proficient in HCHB / OASIS, with Oasis E experience post

January 2023.

Ability to manage productivity points, averaging 26

Contract Details :

week contract, 36 hours / week (7 PM

7 AM).

No overtime or on

call duties.

Pre

approved time off required.

Additional Information :

3 days of orientation.
