About the Role
We’re seeking a Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative division, which spans brand strategy, content strategy, web and UX, creative services, and video production. This is a pivotal leadership role for a visionary who can balance bold, creative thinking with strategic execution. You’ll set the creative tone for the organization, mentor a talented multidisciplinary team, and deliver impactful, performance-driven work that elevates our clients and our brand.
What You’ll Do
- Set the creative vision and lead integrated creative strategies across brand, content, design, UX, and production.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse creative team across disciplines.
- Translate client objectives into innovative, compelling creative solutions.
- Ensure creative deliverables are consistent, brand-aligned, and performance-optimized.
- Partner with strategy, account, sales, and production teams to deliver client success.
- Manage creative resources and department budgets effectively.
- Represent the creative function in pitches, client meetings, and leadership forums.
- Champion innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the division.
What You Bring
10+ years of creative leadership in advertising, marketing, or digital media.Proven success leading agency-based creative teams in remote or hybrid settings.Expertise in brand storytelling, content production, design, and data-driven creative strategies.Strong business acumen and the ability to balance creative excellence with performance metrics.Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms.Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Who You Are
