Overview
Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday, 8a-4 : 30p, 40 hrs / week
Workload is 90% case management, 10% clinic.
The Hep C and PEP Care Coordinator provides nursing care and care coordination services for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients who may have or have been exposed to Hepatitis C or HIV. Ensures the provision of quality patient care in the Immunodeficiency Clinic throughcare coordination, case management, utilization management, and education.

Licensure Requirement
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio, required.
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, required
Experience
Three years of pediatric clinical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
