• Monday through Friday, 8 : 30am - 5pm with 1 weekend every 5 weeks
• Home health setting providing in-home patient care
• EMR : HomeCare Home Base (HCHB)
• OASIS experience required
• Home health and community care experience preferred
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
