Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Telecom Operator to provide exceptional customer service for the hospital while performing switchboard activities. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.

Greet callers with hospitality and professionalism

Route incoming calls

Operate the public address system

What qualifications will you need?

High School Diploma or equivalent is needed

Prior customer service or telephone experience is preferred
