Key Responsibilities

Lead a team that serves as the liaison between the company and franchise owners for performance needs

Conduct performance reviews with owners and operators to ensure accountability and understanding of performance expectations

Strategically support the delivery of brand initiatives and build relationships with key business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in the hospitality industry or equivalent business / function role

Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite of products
