• Who You Are :
• A certified / licensed Plumber with at least 5 years of experience in a residential service and maintenance operation.
• Has passion for leadership and excellence.
• An expert communicator, ready to work with both customers and crews.
• Commitment to identify soft sale opportunities and convert them to sales.
• Committed to safety, quality, and training others to meet your high standards.
• Qualifications :
• Valid Indiana and / or Kentucky Master Plumber or Contractor license, both preferred, but not required to apply
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience managing plumbing projects and coordinating with other trades.
• Working conditions :
• The position requires working in a variety of environments, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor sites
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be on-call for emergency repairs as needed
• Occasional overtime may be required
