Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Ensure high standards of UI quality and adherence to industry standards, security processes, and privacy requirements.
• Collaboration : Build strong partnerships with UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams. Work together to align engineering efforts with business objectives and product requirements.
• Strategic Vision : Define and execute a strategic roadmap for engineering activities, balancing technical vision with business goals. Provide thought leadership on evolving digital procurement tools and support design evolution.
• Communication : Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, particularly senior leadership, to keep them informed about project status, risks, and opportunities. Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Quality and Standards : Ensure exceptional UI quality, utilizing in-house component libraries. Oversee UI development and testing strategies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Team Building : Recruit, hire, and develop a diverse, high-performing engineering team. Champion an inclusive and innovative team culture.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $108,000- $172,800.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
