Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

Responsibilities

• The Manager Nursing serves as the clinical leader responsible for operations and management of the OR.
• This position assumes responsibility for shift operations such as making appropriate assignments, coordinating care, resolving issues, functioning as the resource nurse, participating in staffing decisions, rounding on patients, and maintaining TJC compliance.
• The Mgr Nursing also assumes long range responsibilities such as employee evaluations, corrective action, business / budget planning, and performance improvement.
