Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 04 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Minimum of 2 years of recent home health nursing experience. IV therapy experience. Proficiency with OASIS documentation. Experience using Epic electronic medical records (EMR). Current licensure by the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Valid State of Michigan driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. Must have reliable transportation and a working telephone.
