Overview

We are seeking FUN, energetic, early-childhood teachers and coaches to join our Soccer program. All training and equipment provided.

Base pay range : $5,000.00 / yr - $15,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead children in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring safety for all.
  • Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success.
  • Maintain a non-competitive, stress-free class environment and use positive reinforcement.
  • Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
  • Foster a positive, open-to-feedback coaching culture and contribute to ongoing improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) preferred.
  • Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development is a plus.
  • Availability during after-school hours and weekends; typical times are :
  • Monday–Friday, 3 : 00–6 : 00 PM
  • Weekends, 9 : 00 AM–12 : 00 PM

    • Location

    Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to reach a class location.
