Our programming is central to the Clearwater Camp experience, and equally so are the staff that help facilitate them. All cabin counselors also function as activity counselors, planning and teaching activities, but we also have designated activity staff whose sole focus is on enhancing specific activities. Along with leading activities, activity staff are also responsible for maintaining the equipment and space needed for their designated activity. Since activity counselors do not have cabins, they can take more time to focus on curriculum and ensuring that the activity is helpful to the growth and development of our campers.
