Responsibilities :

Oversee and execute residential / light commercial HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Lead a team of technicians, providing training and guidance on best practices.

Conduct site assessments and determine equipment needs for optimal heating and cooling solutions.

Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service records.

Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues during installation.

Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance service offerings.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.

Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification required.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
