Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop teams in service writing, parts supply management, and warranty coordination
Establish and oversee processes for maintenance activities, ensuring operational excellence and service quality
Act as a primary contact for technical and operational inquiries, providing regular reporting on service metrics
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in automotive service operations, particularly with EV fleets
3+ years in a leadership role with team management responsibilities
In-depth technical knowledge of EV and hybrid vehicle systems and diagnostics
Proficiency with asset management and inventory tracking tools
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements in a dynamic environment
