Senior Manager of Software Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a large engineering team across multiple regions

Collaborate with the Technical Lead and Product team to align priorities

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and skill development within the team

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing engineering teams of 5+ people

7+ years of experience in Tech, preferably in Big Data

Proven record of launching successful cloud data processing applications

5+ years of experience with Scala / Java, Spark, and cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Familiarity with orchestration technologies and cloud databases / data warehouses
