We are seeking a logical and results-focused Process & Foundry Engineering Manager to join the Hensley Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Evaluate existing products, manufacturing processes, and plant wide technology improvements
- Implement new WIP inventory tracking measures that ensure accurate inventory counts
- Implement / Recommend WIP inv. staging locations in line with proper product flow & next planned process
- Troubleshooting equipment and processes by analyzing production results and data for root cause analysis
- Implement / Recommend product tracking and identification throughout the entire production cycle and through the supply chain.
- Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow
- Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products.
- Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems
- Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports
- Foundry’s mid to long term facility plans
- Promoting automation in foundries and after-casting processes
- Proposing a next-generation foundry using DX
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or engineering technology disciplines preferred5+ yrs. of experience in manufacturing and / or process engineering in a production environment preferredExperience evaluation and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinerySAFETY oriented with a strong emphasis on implementing 6S ideology in all projectsOutstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as neededStrong leadership skills, to guide project teams through all planning and executionStrong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and convert large amounts of data involving multiple variables into comprehensive, applicable insightsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, leading timelines and goalsExcellent written and verbal comm. skills with the ability to distill sophisticated subjects to a wider audienceDeliver new and creative solutions to sophisticated problemsStrong organizational and time management skillsWhat We Offer
