Family Practice NP or PA - Northway Clinic, St. Cloud, MN

Schedule Full-time, 0.77 FTE Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am-5pm No nights, holidays, weekends, or call Responsibilities Our providers at CentraCare- Northway diagnose and treat acute short-term illnesses; provide preventive care including routine checkups; health-risk assessments; immunizations and screening tests; personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle; and manage and coordinate care for those with chronic illnesses. To be considered for our position you would need to : Meet one of the following requirements : Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure Be eligible for MN certification (NP) or licensure (PA) within coming months Applicants are required to have licensed provider (NP or PA) experience in one of the following : Family Medicine / Walk-In Clinic Emergency Department Urgent Care In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
