Precision TIG / MIG Fabrication Welder

A Day in the Life

Start your shift at 6 : 00 AM in a hands-on environment where accuracy and efficiency matter. You’ll stage materials across multiple workstations, dial in your machine settings, and run precise TIG and / or MIG welds. Throughout the day, you’ll verify quality, make minor repairs, and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Some projects will take you to nearby counties, giving you variety in work sites and assignments. Wrap up at 2 : 30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

What You’ll Work On

  • Execute high-quality TIG and MIG welds on assemblies and components
  • Prepare, stage, and fabricate materials across multiple work areas
  • Set up, adjust, and safely operate welding machines
  • Conduct quality checks and complete minor corrective repairs
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
  • Travel to surrounding counties for on-site project needs

    • What You Bring

  • Basic reading and clear communication skills
  • Comfort with simple math for measurements and fits
  • Keen attention to detail and practical problem-solving
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet 8–10 hours
  • Close vision for fine, detailed weld work
  • Readiness to travel to job sites in nearby counties

    Monday – Thursday | 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM
