About the Role

In this role, you'll act as a strategic benefits advisor, guiding small business owners through one of the most important milestones of the year : their benefits renewal. You'll go beyond simply quoting rates, instead working with clients to simplify complex choices, understand their long-term strategy, and ensure they land on the right solutions for their business and their employees.

You'll serve as a trusted partner, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting Rippling's PEO renewal each fall and uncovering opportunities to expand coverage, helping businesses make confident, strategic decisions about their employee benefits.

What You'll Do :

• Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective renewal experience for Rippling clients
• Coordinate both externally with carriers and internally with operations and implementation teams
• Facilitate mid-year plan changes and client consultations
• Evaluate opportunities to add additional lines of coverage at renewal
• Assist PEO clients with their annual insurance renewal
