Store Associate

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Store associates are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. This is a part-time role with a starting pay of $14.00 / HR.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Stores #703247 & #701375, located at :

• #703247 : 1870 Midland Trl, Shelbyville, KY 40065
• #701375 : 1200 Market St, Lagrange, KY 40031

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
