Overview

Jeff's Auto Repair is the Seattle area's premier full-service facility since 1980. We treat our customers like family, and customer service like an art.

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles efficiently and effectively, adhering to MAP guidelines and standards set by dealerships, manufacturers, and Greg's Automotive.

Compensation : Up to $45 / hr FLAG - varies upon experience

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicles according to certification / experience level.
  • Perform work outlined on Multi-point Inspection and / or Repair Order accurately and efficiently.
  • Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including managers and customers.
  • Recommend necessary services to maintain vehicle condition; document all recommendations properly.
  • Follow safety procedures and report concerns to shop management.
  • Maintain ASE certifications and renewals as needed.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum of one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience or training
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to work at least five days per week, including Saturdays
