Position Overview :
The Partner Relationship Manager provides best in class service to our existing partners. This position develops and maintains strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact post-sale. They understand partner goals, expectations, unique requirements, and ensure needs and expectations are met. They perform account maintenance by handling partner concerns, account issues, provide on demand training, and escalate / work support inquiries. They may collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and support teams to align efforts and meet client expectations and resolve issues as needed. They will be the primary deliverer of partner training sessions to ensure optimal use and understanding of the products or services.
Location :
This position MUST be located in central Alabama.
Essential Job Functions :
- Create and maintain relationships to provide resolution to situations with current partners through inbound and outbound contact.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for partners when they inquire through our support channels.
- Provide guidance / suggestions to partners on how to utilize the platform and identify new revenue opportunities for the team.
- Pursue the renewal of the partner contract through communication and meetings.
- Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
- Complete virtual / on site trainings of our solutions and services to provide additional information to the partner and to build relationship with product.
- Be willing to help in other company teams when needed.
- Analyze partner usage data and take appropriate action for engagement.
- Participate in Partner Success Pod activities increasing engagement and usage of the Kuder products and features.
Requirements :
Associate degree and at least 3-5 years’ experience in sales, training, enablement, or customer support required.Strong communication, customer service, organizational and telephone skills required.Must be self-motivated, able to work in a team environment, able to multi-task, and detail oriented.Bilingual (English & Spanish) skills are preferred.K12 Education or education technology experience a plus.Skills and Abilities :
