Your key responsibilities will include : \n
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and creating personalized care plans\n
- Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as directed by doctors\n
- Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and other significant medical information\n
- Providing wound care and other necessary nursing interventions\n
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care\n
