We invite you to be a part of our compassionate care community!\n\nYour Role as a Charge Nurse : \n\nAs a Charge Nurse, you will be instrumental in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include : \n

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and creating personalized care plans\n
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as directed by doctors\n
  • Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and other significant medical information\n
  • Providing wound care and other necessary nursing interventions\n
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care\n
