Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, this role offers an opportunity to shape team culture, advise leaders, and deliver responsive HR support that reflects our core values of integrity, inclusion, and excellence.

This position is ideal for an HR generalist or business partner with strong employee relations expertise and a passion for building trusted partnerships across functions. You will be embedded with the business, providing hands-on support and strategic insight to help teams thrive across a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The salary range for this position is : $105,600 - $176,000 Annual. The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
