A healthcare organization in Tennesseeis currently seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Occupational Medicine team in Memphis.
About the Opportunity :
Monday to Friday
Hours : 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities :
The Occupational Medicine Physician will :
Establish and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for Center patients
Maintain clinical core competency
Work with Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards
Cooperate and participate in the development, implementation and revision of policies affecting medical practice, judgment and quality of occupational healthcare
Participate in and assist with in-service and continuing education programs for physicians, nurses, and other personnel
Collaboration with center leadership team to positively impact quality of care, client and patient satisfaction and center performance
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
Registration with National Registry of Certified Medical Examiner
Current DEA licensure
State Controlled Substance licensure
Current CPR registration
Experience / ability to suture
Solid assessment and documentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
