Job Overview :
We are actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient Pain Management team in Cumberland County, New Jersey. This position offers a structured weekday schedule with no weekend or on-call duties, making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance. The PA will manage a diverse adult patient population dealing with a variety of pain-related conditions.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide outpatient care for adult patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Perform comprehensive assessments including physical exams, medical history reviews, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Prescribe medications and administer therapeutic interventions within the scope of licensure
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient visits and procedures
