The Senior Assistant Director of Admissions plays a key role in advancing the College's recruitment efforts by engaging prospective students and families through outreach, interviews, application review, event coordination, and extensive recruitment travel. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Muhlenberg's mission of attracting and enrolling a diverse and talented student body.

This is a full-time, in-person position based on Muhlenberg's campus in Allentown, PA, with a limited hybrid remote work option.
