A company is looking for a Part Time 1099 Telehealth Practitioner to conduct comprehensive health assessments for enrolled Medicare Advantage members.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver preventive care remotely and conduct comprehensive health assessments
Create personalized care plans and coordinate with members' primary care physicians
Document visits and ensure compliance with service policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Certified as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or MD / DO from an accredited program
Current unencumbered GA Licensure as a Registered Nurse or valid Georgia medical doctor license
Active DEA and CDS registration
Minimum of 1 year clinical work experience providing direct patient care
Bachelor's degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent qualifications for MD / DO
