Talent Acquisition Advisor
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment efforts focused on supporting various districts and operations. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and technical leaders to attract, engage, and hire high-impact professionals across construction management, MEP engineering, commissioning, field services, and other specialized roles. This position is based out of our Houston, TX office.

Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years supporting a high-paced environment. Prior recruiting experience in the industrial, construction, or engineering area is highly desirable. Deep understanding of talent profiles across construction, commissioning, MEP, engineering, and / or infrastructure is a plus. Experience recruiting for both field-based and corporate / technical roles. Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Demonstrated success using modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS). Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
