Work hours : Part Time, 16 Hours; Tuesday & Thursday, 8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm with call and holidays

Here’s What You Need
Diploma in Nursing required orAssociate degree from an accredited Nursing program orBSN preferredOther – CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign exchange equivalency requiredOne-year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program.One year of Radiology experience preferredExperience in ICU or ED with conscious sedation highly preferredACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life support upon hire preferredRN – Registered Nurse Upon Hire RequiredBCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterlyACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days requiredPALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days requiredWhat You Will Do
Assesses the patientPlans the care of the patientIntervenes as appropriateEvaluates the effectiveness of interventionsIncorporates age specific safety / infection control measures into patient care.Initiates action to meet patient and / or significant others need for informationMaintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.Additional Perks Of Being a Texas Health Nurse
