  • Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists / neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists.

Position Overview :

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and traditional media, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • This role is critical in ensuring the organization’s visibility, patient retention, and brand promotion across all channels.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing domain, including at least 3 years as a marketing manager, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
  • Candidate must have a master’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organization’s brand, services, and products across various platforms.
  • Ensure marketing plans align with business objectives and drive patient engagement and retention.
  • Develop compelling content for digital, social media, print, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure content resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the organization’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product, etc.) to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Foster clear communication across departments to ensure alignment on marketing goals and campaign execution.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Track expenses and adjust strategies as necessary to remain within budget.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at securing patient retention and attracting new clients.
