Cloud System Administrator

Overview

The Cloud Systems Administrator supports the operation and maintenance of Advocare's cloud infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange Online, Office 365, Entra, and related services, with a strong emphasis on Identity and Access Management (IAM), system reliability, and user lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Activities :

• Monitor and maintain performance and availability of cloud services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Perform break-fix support in alignment with established SLAs.
• Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to cloud systems.
• Assist with provisioning and access control for cloud-based applications.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. Work will primarily be remote.

Travel

This position is expected to travel to our corporate office located in Marlton, NJ twice per month.
