Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Developer to join our growing Information Technology, Systems & Services (ITSS) team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the applications and platforms that power Movement's business operations.

You'll partner with both technical and non-technical teams to translate feature ideas into performant, maintainable, and impactful solutions that support Movement's mission and values of Growth, Connection, and Integrity

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and integrations supporting core business functions
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices for data access, integration, and business services
• Develop ETL / ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources
• Optimize relational and non-relational databases and data warehouses (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Fabric)
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support cloud platform development (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and application DevOps as needed
• Monitor, debug, and improve application and platform performance
• Document code, architecture, and deployment processes for team transparency and continuity
• Contribute to data governance, pipeline optimization, and system integration initiatives
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Part-time / Full-time TBD

Standard work schedule of (Mon–Fri, 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.), and it requires additional on-call availability as business needs arise. On-call responsibilities are considered part of the regular duties of this position and are included in the salary compensation.

$60,000-$75,000 annually (full-time), and dependent on part-time or full-time status, skills and experience.
