Marketing & Communications Specialist (Hiring Immediately)

Were recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Specialist on behalf of a respected insurance services organization located in the eastern suburb of Cleveland, OH. This full-time, on-site role (MondayFriday, 9 a.m.5 p.m.) offers the opportunity to manage creative, digital, and event-based initiatives that support company growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities :

Develop and manage email campaigns and member communications

Plan and support webinars, meetings, and virtual events

Create and update brochures, catalogs, and other marketing materials

Manage content for LinkedIn and Facebook to align with brand standards

Assist with website updates and partner marketing initiatives

Coordinate and execute company and member events

Qualifications :

Practical marketing experience or related education

Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills

Proficiency with CRM, email marketing, and design tools

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects

Collaborative and adaptable team player

Preferred :

Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience in the insurance or financial services sector

Familiarity with Zoho Marketing, Canva, or Heyzine
