Manufacturing Training Manager

Overview

The Manufacturing Training Manager role at King Plastic Corporation oversees the development, delivery, and evaluation of all training programs across the manufacturing facility. This position partners closely with Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, HR, and QA to ensure employees at all levels are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. The manager leads the training department, designs and updates training content, and fosters a culture of continuous learning to support operational excellence and workforce development.
