Summary
The Talent Acquisition & Development Partner drives end-to-end talent acquisition and employee development across UWI’s global teams. This role ensures the company hires, develops, and retains exceptional talent while fostering a culture of learning, growth, and positivity. The position blends strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruiting and development program design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruitment for all levels and functions, from job design to onboarding.Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.Use Predictive Index and other assessment tools to evaluate candidate fit and potential.Collaborate with leadership to align hiring strategy with business goals and workforce plans.Partner with the People Analytics & Engagement Lead to track and improve hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.Learning & Development
Design, launch, and manage employee development programs, including onboarding, continuous learning, and leadership development.Conduct skills gap analyses and build targeted learning plans to close them.Establish mentoring, coaching, and training programs that promote career growth.Partner with managers to identify emerging talent and support succession planning efforts.Talent Planning & Retention
Support career pathing and succession planning to promote internal mobility.Use data and engagement insights to develop retention strategies.Collaborate with the People Operations Lead to ensure HR processes support long-term retention and employee success.Culture & Employee Engagement
Act as a culture ambassador throughout hiring, onboarding, and learning initiatives.Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-energy environment that reflects UWI’s values.Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen engagement and employee experience across all locations.Supervisory Responsibilities

Education and / or Experience
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, learning, and development.Proven ability to design and deliver employee development and engagement programs.Experience using Predictive Index or similar talent assessment tools.Knowledge of workforce planning, retention strategies, and HR best practices.Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and communication skills.Competencies
